Pilgrims Progress by John Bunyan printed in1860.
Written by John Bunyan in 1660 based on a dream he had whilst in Bedford prison for preaching his version of being a Christian. The story is of a man called Christian and how he met and dealt with the many temptations on his journey to enlightenment, such as Hypocrisy, Greed, Vanity & Ignorance and other negative human traits.
The story also relates to modern day and gives the reader an insight to themselves and those around them. Well worth a try, it may surprise you how modern day is not so different from 1660 when John wrote his book.
